Unless this picture is an urgent matter, I suggest that you just wait. Even at 31 I sometimes get pimples around my lips. They are usually gone after a few days.

It will go away, don't worry! To be honest, it doesn't even look like a scar, and if it is, it will fade. It's so small that I wouldn't even worry about it. The only way anyone would really notice is if you draw attention to it.
