There's 2 places to upload videos when you are on the games page, adding it to the YouTube channel, and adding your own YouTube video to the games page. You only get Viz if you upload to the YouTube channel and if you did this, then you should get the Viz sometime tomorrow or maybe the next day.

No, if you add videos from your own channel, then you will not get Viz. The videos must be on the vizzed channel only.
