I personally find this to be one of my favorite games of all times I remember playing this when I was a kid I grew up on  Pokémon and I still watch it and play it and I love it and I always will fire red is a classic for me because bulbasaur charmander and squirtle are my favorite starters they're the best water,fire,and grass Pokémon I know plus they are nostalgic because they were ash's Pokémon and I'm a sucker for nostalgia plus they're evolutions rock this was one of the best Pokémon games of its day and this updated version of it just makes the old story even better awesome graphics, shiny Pokémon, legendary Pokémon and even Pokémon that weren't in the original Pokémon fire red that are in this one ive got to say I'm very impressed and keep up the good work guys I hope to see the 3ds Pokémon games up here soon and I hope they become playable.

tylerflynn : Nice sumarry of the game there. Not very long but it sure is a lot easier to read. I actually played leaf green as my first pokemon game, and i'm with you on this...Squirtle rocks! I also love his evolution to wartortle!
