I would like someone whos experienced in making sprites

I need someone to convert a ninja sprite of megaman on a sprite sheet of megaman so I can have a bunch of sprites to use. I have both pictures that I need edited. I tried to do it myself but I'm just not that skilled at the task. I will give 1000 Viz to the person who can do this task(if its really good ill give extra it depends).
