I just got a Famicom Disk System, and it came with a disk that had Super Mario Bros. 2 (the one we call Lost Levels in the US) on one side and Volleyball on the other. The disk is correctly labeled with those games in their places.

Looking around I'm seeing a lot of disks for sale exactly like the one I have. Was there an official SMB2Volleyball thing or were there just a lot of people who Disk Wrote those particular games onto disks (and used the labels)?
