Forces of light and darkness
Struggle for control over
A new, young angel
Starting out on a journey

A journey to enlightenment
And a path to healing and light
Of light and love
With many struggles

Darkness threatens her journey
Shadows follow her, in hopes
Of tripping her and consuming her
Young, beautiful soul

To drag her in and never let go
To make her stray from the light...
The light of god and his love
To break her sprouting wings

To make her bleed...
Yet the light beckons her
To continue her journey
To fight her way

To fight her way towards her destiny
As she encounters trials and tribulations
Of her journey of light
Fighting the dark shadows

The darkness beckons her
Tempting her, seducing her
Wanting to take her off course
Wanting another fallen angel

But the light of god
Continues to beckon her
To follow His path
The chosen path

Her struggles continue
As light and dark fight
For her precious soul
During her journey
