To be honest, not really. I enjoy being a girl all too well. If I were to magically turn into a boy, it would just be too weird for me, socially and just in general.

Not at all. I like being a male as it is. I don't think I would ever want to change that and become female. I've come to accept myself for who I am and I see no reason to change that. I don't care about the process or even the subtle changes that would inevitably occur as a result of changing gender because these things are greatly outweighed by the long term differences. One thing I like about being a guy is the fact that it is a lot easier to get your feelings across, it doesn't require a lot of talking and drawn out explanations (not at all saying this is true of all females). I guess what I'm trying to say is that guys tend to cut to the chase more often than not. 


Many people fall prey to the misconception that men are simpler than women and women more complex than men. This is entirely untrue as both men and women share the same emotions and abilities to express them. I think what causes people to make this false assumption is the fact that women are generally more descriptive and detailed in their explanations. They tend to use more words to describe something whereas men might use fewer words to describe the very same thing. Overall each sex has its perks as well as its flaws, but it is those very same flaws that unite them and draw them towards one another. 


Ultimately I am satisfied with the way in which I have turned out, and I don't see a reason to change that. All that I believe is that we should each strive to be the very best male and female we can possibly be.

No I'm pretty comfortable with how I am right now. Though it would maybe be something I'd try if it's just a temporary thing mostly as an experience and to see how things would be different and people would react, a social experiment basically

Yes. I have actually thought about this quite a lot. I just tend to enjoy doing a lot more feminine things than masculine.. And well nobody would care if I did do masculine things either. I mean it would be an interesting experience as well especially at my age where I can understand how it's like to be the one on the other side of a relationship. 

Basically it'd be a fun experience that I'd probably prefer more than being who I am currently. Though I'm not sure how much gender has a role to play. And rather the concept of having a new start would be more appealing. 

Sadly though it won't happen. Also it probably provides a little bit of insight into what my feelings are about my sexuality, which i hope people don't look too much into../

Definitely, no. I would never change genders. My mother told me that when I was born a man (like yours truly), I must stay as a man.

I'm getting real tired of all of this "what you do and how you look defines your gender thing. I've never worn makeup in my life, nor have I worn any dresses. Doesn't make me any less of a female. I might play video games or read books instead of shopping or talking on the phone or whatever the sterotype is, but I'm still female. The same goes for boys.

That being said, I'm happy being female, even if it comes witn all sorts of annoying inconveniences. I think I can learn enough about dudes from a biology book on humans, rather than just becoming one.

No way eh. Girls are yucky. I knew a girl once. She had cooties I'm sure. Actually though, no, I wouldn't. Not me, personally. For one thing, I think men are just so ugly. Except me of course. I just can't imagine wanting to kiss some nasty guy. We all are by the way.   But whatever floats your boat. I wouldn't even want to really speculate on what would make a person decide to do that. I think there's probably a bunch of reasons.

The title and the description pose to completely different questions the title implies that you would have you D*** cut off or one duct taped on.
The description asks if you ever wondered what it was like to be born of the opposite gender.

My answer:
I would never want to have a sex change, it is unnatural to have an operation and you cannot truly have a sex change woman would probably die from having all the reproduction parts removed and men would die if their adamsapple was removed.

As for the description I have never wondered what it was like to be born female (I'm a dude).

JakandLufia : I never said to have a sex change. Yes it technically is but I was saying that the machine thingy did it. It is painless and nothing needs to be cutoff, it just happens. It's not meant to be realistic this is just a weird silly thread. As for your two answers, yeah sure do whatever you want. I'm tired of trying to convince people of what this thread means. I'll try clearing it up one more time. There is a machine that can change you to the opposite of whatever kind of human you are. If you are a boy, it will change you into a girl, if you are a girl, it will change you into a boy. I don't care what your mindset is when/if you change. After your body changes into a girl, you can still think just like a guy. You can do whatever you want. The machine simply changes your body. That's all. So would you change into a guy or girl if you could? Or should I say that would you change your body into a guy or girl if you could? I really didn't think people were going to be like this when I posted this. I mean it's been months since I've posted this and people are still "correcting me". XD Does this post clear up what question I'm asking? Good.

I personally don't see the need to switch genders personally. I've always felt comfortable in the gender I was born with and feel like I identify with being a part of the Male gender.

That doesn't mean that I don't understand that there are people out there who don't identify with their sex, and that is their right and decision to make.

My simple answer: No. Like EM said, I enjoy being a male.

I'm going to go way out of my comfort zone to really think about this.

After some thought, it boils down to a few main things really.

Point A: Fashion and Styles
Male: We're really kind of limited to what society says is acceptable to wear. Not much variation without leaving the comfort zone.
Female: Very large range of choices, but at the same time a much higher expectation in terms of "maintenance required."
My Opinion: I kind of wish males had more free range in this department without risking being "weird" in the eyes of society. For instance, I think that the color hot pink just looks awesome. I also really like how many options of clothing there are - it lets you express who you are. It's kind of depressing know I'm limited to a very small percentage because I don't want to become "that guy" to my peers. Seriously ladies, you got it made in the fashion department.

Point B: Biology.
Male: We got it made. Not much negatives to talk about.
Female: I think women already know where this is going. The two main sub points that speak the loudest though: Pregnancy, "time of the month."
My Opinion: I think as a guy, I would obviously rather not have the pain of those sub points above. Men really luck out in this department, and I'd say this alone might be enough reason to want to stay my own gender.

Point C: The status of society itself
My Opinion: The whole procedure in and of itself really isn't widely accepted at the moment. I have a great friend in real life who underwent the treatment and had a gender change (Male to Female). I don't really think of it as a big deal, but he gets flamed near daily, and it takes a stronger person than me to deal with that.

Obviously, there's thousands of other things you can take into consideration. These were the main ones that popped into my head though, and because of these things, I would undoubtedly choose to stay a Male. (There's obviously bias here though, being I am currently a male haha)
