What is this and why does it itch?
There are no bugs around here because its winter
and my bug bites are usually larger since I'm allergic to them

There's NO real rash
but just a single dot
I have another one on my left upper arm
and this is NOT the first time I've had one

Do you get them too?
Are they normal?

Just ONE dot slightly raised, if you can't tell from the image.

Since no one else has any ideas, I'll take a guess:

Perhaps it's an ingrown hair?

Might be a tiny cyst. If you squeeze it with your fingers, does it feel like there might be something solid in there? Is it hard in general? If so, that might be what it is. If so, it is harmless. I used to get those exact things in my wrist and the back of my hand. It would either go away on its own or I would use a needle to poke a hole and squeeze it out.

How long have you had it for?

I usually give things like this at least a week before I start really wondering what it is.
