I'm new to the site as a member but i've play a few games on here previously. Got a new laptop a while ago and the first thing is did was come here. but when i went to play a game after i downloaded the plug in. it told me that the plug in was not found. tried everything the help page suggests and tried different browsers. (i'm using google chrome) and its still not working. Oh and i'm running windows 8.1 so please is there anyone that can help. ( i don't even know if i'm posting in the right place.)

Chrome must be run from the desktop and not the metro screen, and secondly, you have to go to chrome://plugins and find the Vizzed RGR plugin in the list and check always allowed then restart your browser.

At that point, it SHOULD work...

I had this problem before make sure ur default browser is on internet explorer.Then u get on chrome(u have to close it out first when u change default browser). Then pick the game u wanted to play and it will say Plugin still not found. Then u will notice a pop up blocker puzzle piece on the right corner of you link line. i don't remember but either left or right click it and put always run plugin on this site and click run now and turn off the browser and pull it up again.




If that don't wont then go to more tools on chrome setting and click extensions

This is going to sound silly and obvious but hear me out. Make sure when you pull up the game there isn't and ad block notification in the top right. I missed it yesterday when I first got here and it took two hours for me to see it.
