In my opinion,Pokemon.
But,these two shouldn't be compared,they attract entirely different audiences.Naruto,attracts people who like violence,blood,ninjas,mad fillers, and easy storyline.While Pokemon attracts people who like animal related creatures fighting,800+ episodes, and no intense violence nor mild language.Naruto should be compared with DBZ or One piece or Fullmetal Alchemist and Pokemon should be compared with Digimon(Over thousand times this has happened) and Dinosaur King.But hey this is my opnion.

My self I always loved the naruto series. Never got into Pokémon. But really you should have compared naruto with Dragon ball z or gt. In that case Id have to say DBZ is my favorite. But I still love naruto. Just always a DBZ fan first.

I'm a true pokemon fan i have to admit i may love the naruto series,but pokemon in my opinion is way better.Now if the games did not exist for pokemon well then pokemon would not be my favorite.Platinum and heart gold and silver is what made me choose pokemon.
