As the title says. When you start up Sonic Spinball you cannot get past the start/options menu. At first I thought it was me and was restarting the computer and blah blah blah. Then I noticed in the bottom right of the Sonic Spinball screen was a bx for comments and a handful of people had the same issue. I hope it gets resolved. Thanks.
