I talked to one of my best friends yesterday and he was going on at great length about how great his anime magazines he has are. I thought I would jump on here and see which ones you all think are good ones to look into. His main two magazines were Anime Insider and Shojo Beat. The only one I knew of myself was one that I used to look at Shonen Jump. Well thanks ahead of time for answering and here's the question: 
What's your choice of anime magazine(s) out there?
Which one do you think makes the best starting magazine for someone new to anime mags ?
