Try using both JavaBoy Emulator and Vizzed AEPgb Emu.
If it does the same thing on both then it probally isn't 100% compatible with the online emulator and you probally will either have to wait for an update or download it from the Gameboy Color section of http://www.get-your-rom.com/

Vizzed.com is very expensive to keep alive! The Ads pay for the servers.
