Stuck on SS Anne with no more story progression!!

I got on the SS Anne without thinking I needed my Butterfree to trade with that old dude with the ridiculously named Raticate. While trying to find something to do after I defeated that guy, I realized that there was literally no one new to talk to, let alone battle, which is a scary sign. I was a fool and I saved my game progress while I was on the SS Anne, so now I can't go back to while I was on land. I can't find a PC computer (not that I would have anyway, I don't remember encountering a computer in other Pokémon games). Are there are options for me or am I stuck with starting all over again? [ughhhhh raising 10+ Pokémon above level 20 took a decent amount of time, even with the option of speeding it up.]

What I would say is "Backup you Save State, download latest beta, patch it and name it just like your save state."
But the problem is that you played it on Vizzed.. not downloaded.
Honestly.. (i hope someone knows) I'm not sure what you can do.

if that helps. Because it being hacked, comes with alot of problems.
