I have been trying to play many of the Pokémon Rom hacks since it is hard to find them anywhere else. Problem is every time I try to start one shortly after it will say error Rom wont load. Does anyone know how to fix this issue or if they are no longer allowed? Thanks

or maybe it dind't respond because you have t install the plug-in before you play the game
