So, I tried playing Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare earlier today so I could continue my streaming series for it where I play through the story. Well, I go to continue my story, and it plays the cinematic before the 5th mission. It kicks me back to the home screen of the XBOX ONE. So, I uninstall the game, and re-install it, and have the same problem. So, naturally, i think something is wrong with the game, and put it to the side to ask GameStop about on Monday when I drive to my dad's in the morning. 
Then, I was playing Madden, and I'm the back-up quarterback for the first 7 games of the Connected Franchise Season, after doing the Skills Training for about 2 hours. Then, I get bumped up to first string quarterback. Halfway through the 2nd quarter, the XBOX ONE kicks me back to the home screen MID STREAM!!! 

So, I tell myself that I am done streaming for the night, before I get myself too heated. I go to my twitch video manager to edit the description of the videos, so I can put them on YouTube, and it won't edit the stuff! It just comes up with a red bar across the top of my screen. 

So, I go to xbox.com to talk to one of the Community Ambassadors, and guess what happens then? I get somebody that accepts my thing, and then they don't talk. TWICE!!! 

So now, I am extremely pissed off, because I have almost $800 worth of equipment that I have no idea what is wrong with it, and I have no idea how to fix it. 

Does anybody know how to help, before I have to go to BestBuy and try to get a new XBOX ONE?

So, I talked to one of my Army buddies who recently got a XBOX ONE, and he said he hasn't had any issues like I have been having. 

So, I asked my aunt and uncle who stay one their XBOX ONE ( mostly to keep my 3 year old and 1 year old cousin entertained ), and they said they haven't had any issues like this either. 



Great. Just great. I am going to go to GameStop here in about an hour and ask them if anybody else is having this issue. If they say no, then I am going to go to a Best Buy and ask them if they can do anything about it. 

thing1 : Your best bet if you can't find anything via google is to contact microsoft support directly and see if they have any solutions. Best buy and Gamestop are just about as reliable as googling the problem yourself.

Jordanv78 : I am going to GameStop to see if they have heard of this, and know of any suggestions. That, and I am going to trade in my 360 Kinect. It broke ( the plastic part ), but it still works. I want to see if I can get anything for it. 

Local Mods : Best Buy gave me a new XBOX ONE, but I am installing all of my games again. This can be closed for now. If I need it back open because heaven forbid I still have the same issues with the games kicking me back to the home screen, I will ask for it to be reopened. But, for now, please close it.
