Is there a way to trade using this emulator so that you can evolve some Pokémon like Kadabra to Alakazam and Gengar?  I don't want to do any of the hack versions.

Unfortunately, as far as I know, there isn't a way to trade with other players.  However, a link cable system might be implemented in the future, not sure.

something about this made me think, what if the net-play system here could do that or something related to that matter, as most of these official Pokemon games require trading, although there are some hacks that don't which i can understand, that were using an emulator to simply play games. but yet hardly a lot of people still own a gba, (although there are a few people that do)
