I can see how they were revolutionary for their time, but I honestly feel that a lot of their stuff is quite dated nowadays. Their music is generally a mixed bag for me; there are songs like "Twist and Shout" which I can't stand, songs like "Hey Jude" which are alright, and songs like "Across the Universe" which I love. Overall, I fully acknowledge and understand their influence, but there's much better, more polished stuff out there now. But whatever. That's just my personal two cents.
