What exactly is a power level? Just the stats of how many posts a person makes? Or is it the number of points that are accumulated every post? I'm trying to download a ROM, and I think that may be the problem. I saw many ROMs that I would want here, but it seems I cant download any. Is there a standard "power lever" to download somehting/ If so, what is it? And how would I go about reaching that number?

What roms are you trying to download? Some on Vizzed require a certain number of posts made, for example the FF7 NES needs 10.
Power levels are just stats of posts person makes, thumbs, trust points, posts per day, etc, but there are a few board features that require either 100 posts or trusted status.
Though I'm not sure rom downloads is one of them.
