Project Z.... meh.

Project Z is the result of a forum of Fire Emblem fans getting together making a hack. But there efforts, resulted in a poor Fire Emblem hack.

Let's start with what I dislike about this hack: For starters, this hacks really likes to re-use jokes, which end up being a little worn out, and just plain mean. And speaking of the word mean, THE CHARACTERS.... sort of. The characters of this game are pretty one dimensional, and become really jerks at some times. But characters and dialogue aside, the map, and level design are.. acceptable. The level design in each chapter is very VERY straight forward and...actually quite intuitive. This game will tell you what to do in a straight forward way, and will give you hints on achieving victory... sometimes. And the map design in this game is... pretty nice.

NOW FOR THE POSITIVES!!

Something that is really nice about this game is the graphics. The portraits of every character has nice character design, and polish. Not only are the portraits great, but the sprites have nice enough detail, and good palettes. Then there is the story of the game, I like this story for a couple of reasons, it's goofy, doesn't take itself seriously, and if the characters weren't this bad, the story would probably be my favorite part.

So, what did I think about this game?
Meh.

This game flaws in many things, but it is shown that a quite amount of effort was put in.
