HI, I just made this account today and I tried to start playing games, but the game page won't load, saying, "Failed to download game ROM file".

Is there any way that I can fix this or get passed it?  I downloaded both of the plug-ins just in case but that doesn't seem to help.

If you're not already, I suggest using FireFox. After you have installed the RGR plugin, uninstall the plugin and re-install it. The particular game you're trying to play, may not be functioning correctly, try a different game and see if you get the same results.
