When I bought the PS item, none of the games would load. This is not just for Gran Turismo 2, but for the other games I tried. I need urgent help!

Which browsers have you tried? Also, note that the download time for the PlayStation games is LONG! How long did you let it try to download? Have you tried to close and open again? (The games, sometimes the computer doesn't recognize the downloads...) Answer these questions, and maybe I could figure out why.

I tried Google chrome. Also, during the games' download span, I got this pop-up that tells me whether I should stop the page or wait.

wormelytyrese : What did you click? Have you tried multiple times to download them? (Sometimes there is a "hick-up" on vizzed and it doesn't download correctly.) Did you leave the window for the download running for more than 30 minutes?

wormelytyrese : PSX games take a while to download without the game accelerator. I never attempted to play any Vizzed game without the accelerator and I've had very few problems since I first bought it. You currently have 20k Viz on your profile. I recommend you purchase the Game Accelerator from the Site Store Shop in the Item Shop. Purchasing this will improve the speed of your download so you won't be waiting an extended period of time. If the problem with downloading the PSX game continues, we may need to look into other options.

1) PSX Games you've currently downloaded and do not work may be corrupted. I recommend you do these steps in order: First, download the RGR Plugin to your download folder (Always keep a copy there). Second, run a computer search for "Open Plugin Data Folder" (Requires you to have a downloaded RGR Plugin in your downloads folder). Third, search for PSX Emulator or PSX games; they might not be labelled PSX but you should recognize some of the games you downloaded for the PSX because they appear in the same folder. Fourth, delete those PSX downloads. Lastly, download new/fresh copies from the website. By having the accelerator, you'll speed this process up.

2) If suggestions still have not worked, I'd recommend switching to another browser like Firefox, Safari or Internet Explorer.

3) If still not working, it's time to look at your extensions, tools and plugins. I'm not entirely sure what would conflict with the RGR but if you investigate your browser for unnecessary plugins and deactivate them, you may improve your chances of success.

Chrome - Extensions are located in the top right corner. First, click on the 3 horizontal bars. Second, click settings. Third, Extensions. Lastly, deactivate any you don't think you'll need. Will this really help? Probably not, it's a process of elimination. To check your plugins, type " chrome://plugins/ " in your url at the top. Deactivate any unnecessary plugins. You can also choose to " Always Allow " Vizzed RGR Plugin ". Will this help? Potentially, yes.

Firefox - Plugins and Extensions are simple to get to. Click Tools at the top of the page then click  Add-Ons. You can see both Extensions and Plugins. You can disable anything you think you should.

Safari/IE/Others - I'm not sure how to get to the Plugin page for these browsers because I don't use them. You can search online for answers.

4) Check your internet connection. Potentially useless, but if you're losing internet because you're on Wifi you could be prolonging your download because you're not transmitting data from your router. If you're on a wired connection, you shouldn't have that problem.

5) Ensure no firewalls or virus protectors have restricted traffic from Vizzed. I have Kaspersky and I'll sometimes notice it'll move Vizzed to low restricted. Other Firewalls or Virus protectors might not be so friendly toward Vizzed or downloading.

6) Not like you need to do this but it'll help. Check Drivers. Make sure your drivers are up to date for your graphics/video card, your processor, RAM and wifi ethernet port (If you have Wifi). Sometimes, they might act a little screwy when there's a new update released and I've never understood how or why.

If at this point you continue to experience problems, there might not be anything anyone will be able to fix. There's any number of reasons that could prevent you from accessing PSX games or downloading them. You could have viruses, run a full scan. You could have a really old computer or a weird operating system that isn't perfectly compatible with the RGR. Try any angle you can. As a last resort, look online. Some places on the web will have discussions over emulators and why they don't work. You could learn more there if someone is in the exact same situation and has the exact same computer/setup.

wormelytyrese : More than likely if any of the solutions given so far haven't worked, your issues probably stem from the fact that your computer isn't powerful enough to run PsOne games. These games actually take up quite a bit of resources to run.

Also your issue could be that the plugin is timing out because it is taking too long for your computer to download the ISO file you need to play the game. (when you play a game for the first time the rom/iso file is downloaded to your Hard drive)

Thanks, but I think the emulator's fine now, so there's no need.

If you intend to play bigger, multi-disc games like GT2, you might also want to get the download accelerator.
