That's about it.

The only emulator that is different is zsnes (the default SNES emulator).
For that one, you press esc, go to video then select the resolution you want with an F for fullscreen.
If alt+enter or that doesn't work, then unfortunately, you can't go fullscreen for that particular emulator.

One other note, I am not sure if this is a common occurrence, but I noticed with the mednafen emulator that I needed to reconfigure controls after going fullscreen by double clicking on the screen.
