It is a boxing game. There was a first one that came out last year I think for the PS2 and Xbox. This one is coming out on the Gamecube as well. Here is a link:

http://cube.ign.com/articles/586/586258p1.html this is for the Gamecube version, so the Super Punch-out won't be in the other versions. They have some movies of the game. You can search the PS2 or Xbox part of IGN if you want specific info about those versions.
