Every game I play is in turbo speed.  I tried going through the inputs and unchecking turbo but it doesn't change anything.  The games still run in turbo mode.  How do I correct this problem so games run at normal speed?

It should be under config > speed.

Max frame skip should be 9

Auto frame rate checked

Emu Speed set to 1x
