Before we get into plot holes…
Iblis and Mephiles The Dark do not exist…
Since this story takes place in the middle of Sonic Colors and Sonic Generations…
Sonic ’06 might take place before Sonic Colors. So with the defeat of Iblis, Mephiles, and Solaris, so the “Iblis Trigger” was prevented and, thus Iblis, Mephiles, and Solaris do not exist. So just before you complain about plot holes, because I just explained it!
So the world was in chaos…
Demons are destroying everything, many natural disasters all happen at once, and the son of Darkthan I of son of Darkthan II, Darkthan III, rules over the universe.
Our heroes, meanwhile though…
Silver and Blaze, are up to save the universe by going back to the year 2014 just right before Zekuu kills off, Shadow, and they do just that, Silver opens the portal to 2014, and Blaze and he enter the portal and close it behind them. They see Wodahs hugging Shadow and Silver and Blaze warn them from the future.

“Silver and Blaze, what are you doing here?” Shadow asked as Wodahs stops hugging him.

“There is no time, for that…” Silver said
Blaze then sees Zekuu with his sniper.
“SILVER FORCE FIELD EVERYONE, IMMEDIATELY!” Blaze shouted.

Silver then forms a force field around everyone. “WAS HE GOING TO KILL US!?” Wodahs shouted who sees Zekuu.

“YES HE WAS!” Silver shouted, as he then forms light blue aura around him and teleports next to Zekuu and punches him and kicks him. Blaze, Shadow, and Wodahs then enter the mansion.

“YOU WORM, TRYING TO SCREW UP OUR PLANS!?” Zekuu shouted, who then destroys Silver’s force field with a single punch.


“You are… Strong… NOT!” Said Silver as he roundhouse kicks, Zekuu, because why not? “I suppose, you work for Darkthan!?” Silver asked.


“Yes, and I am one of his strongest henchmen, I can wipe you out in a minute fool!” Zekuu boasted.

“I have a hard time, believing in that!” Silver said.

“TASTE MY POWER YOU FOOL!” Shouted Zekuu as he uppercuts Silver to the sky, then he gets out his two katana and pierces through Silver, and then he slams him to the floor.

“You… Don’t…”, then Silver coughs blood. “Know… Who… You’re… Messing… With…” Said Silver as he then teleports next to, Zekuu and puts his hand with light blue aura and blasts his face, he then finishes it with a karate kick, because why not?

“Give up, Zekuu!?” Silver asked.
“HAH! You won’t beat me that easily, Silver!” Zekuu said, who is on the floor, face up. He then gets up and then flies up to the sky and the sky gets a bit dark. He then turns to his super form and then lands on the floor and kicks Silver in his face.

“This will be rather, fun…” Silver said, looking at Zekuu’s super form.

“FUN!? FUN!? YOU THINK THIS IS A GAME!?” Zekuu shouted.

“It’s an expression… Worm!” Silver mocked.

“SHUT UP, SHUT UP!” Zekuu shouted, he then punches, Silver and spins Silver around, and then throws him near the Sonic Mansion, where Shadow, Blaze, and Wodahs where, but they went inside to find Sonic and the others, in case you forgot. While fighting, Super Zekuu…
In the end of the fight, Super Zekuu manages to weaken, Silver and he has him in the floor. Zekuu is standing up next to him pointing his open hand on Silver, the open hand was charging a electric ball.

“Nice try!” Silver said, as he then kicks Zekuu down to the floor. Silver then grabs Zekuu, by his dark red angel wings and once they are up to the sky, he then kicks him and then…

“Psychomagnet!” Silver shouted as he makes Zekuu, magnetic and then most metals stick to Zekuu and then…

“Psychoboom!” Silver said as he then snaps his fingers.

KAAAAAAAAAABOOOOM!

Zekuu explodes…

Silver then lands on the back garden of the Sonic Mansion and he then enters the mansion and enters the living room where Sonic and the others are at sitting in a big couch all scared and worried except for Shadow.

“I did it…” Silver said as he sits on the couch next to Tails and rests.

“It’s not over, yet, I know there is Darkthan and a girl hedgehog left.” Wodahs said.

“Zekuu is down…” Silver said.

“Silver… Is… It… True… That, we would have died, if you didn’t come!?” Asked Tails, very scared and concerned.

“Yes, not only that, this universe would have been taken over by Darkthan and the other rest of villainy!” Silver said.

Then Knuckles enters the mansion, by breaking down the doors.

“Knux… Brah…” Sonic said as he sees Knuckles, ticked off, as Knuckles enters the living room

“THE MASTER EMERALD HAS BEEN STOLEN, WHERE IS IT!?” Knuckles shouted.

“You have nothing to worry about, we will get it back!” Wodahs said. “But, on the bright side, I managed to steal back the Chaos Emeralds, however if Silver, didn’t arrive the universe would be utter ghastly!” Wodahs said.

“SPEAK ENGLISH!” Knuckles shouted.

“THE UNIVERSE WOULD BE IN TOTAL CHAOS AND RULED BY DARKTHAN AND WE WOULD HAVE BEEN ALL DEAD!” Wodahs shouted back.

Knuckles, then, stays quiet.

“I thought so…” Wodahs said.
“Who is Darkthan? How does he look like?” Shadow asked.

“He is a lazy, but very evil, hedgehog! He has black fur and black hair with yellow in the end.” Wodahs described.

“Thank you...” Thanked Shadow as he…

“Shadow!? Where are you going!?” Asked Sonic, as he, gets up, goes outside, and looks for Shadow in the sky, who flew away from the Sonic Mansion to the sky, to look around for the spaceship.

Shadow then gets really ticked off, after a minute passed and tries to fly to space and he finds the spaceship in the middle of Mobius’ Moon and Mobius itself. He then crashes in, however tripping the alarm in the spaceship. Then Darkthan walks to the room Shadow is in, the room where the Master Emerald is being held.

“Shadow, what are, you doing!?” Darkthan asked with concern.

“I see you have gotten the Master Emerald…” Shadow said as he stares Darkthan with his red, evil eyes.

“Yeh… Yeh… Yeah?” Darkthan stammered.

“Hmph… Do you really think you will take over the universe?! Shadow asked. “Just look how pathetic, you sound…” Shadow said as he puts his hand on the Master Emerald, Darkthan doesn’t notice that he is absorbing the Master Emerald’s power and that he is about to unleash it on Darkthan. As he absorbs it the Master Emerald goes out, little by little. Until it goes pitch black.

“Whaa… What… Did… You… Do?!”
Darkthan stammered.

“I’ll tell you!” Shadow said as his dark aura that surrounded him, turned light green. “I’LL SEND YOU TO OBLIVION!” Shadow shouted as he kicks Darkthan off the spaceship and then grabs him all the way to Mobius.

“AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!”
Darkthan shouted as he burns when he and Shadow reach, Mobius’ atmosphere.

Then Shadow kicks Darkthan down, hitting on the peak of Mount Segathon.
Which stabs Darkthan in his heart, this impact destroys Mount Segathon completely. Darkthan is on the floor, still alive, but very hurt and bleeding. Shadow then lands next to him and steps on his stomach, and Darkthan coughs blood.

“You don’t like it, when it’s this way, huh?!” Shadow asked.

“You… Sick… Evil… Wretched… Hedgehog…” Darkthan said.

“Now you will feel my power, wait here…” Shadow said as he flies back to the Sonic Mansion and gets the Chaos Emeralds.

Darkthan tries to get up and crawls away, but as soon as Shadow reaches back with Darkthan. Shadow stops Darkthan dead to the ground.

“You aren’t going anywhere… Darkthan…” Shadow said. “As punishment, you will now suffer my true power…” Shadow said as he lifts up Darkthan and kicks him up to the sky and then Shadow turns to Super Shadow, but since he has power of the Master Emerald, he turned to Hyper Shadow.

“Hmph… I didn’t expect this… NOW YOU WILL TRULY DIE!” Shadow shouted as he flies to the sky and catches Darkthan and then he kicks him to his spaceship and they go toward, avoiding the Mobian Moon, of course. Shadow then kicks the spaceship more into space, he then retrieves the Master Emerald and puts it on back of him as soon as he gets away from the spaceship; a moderate amount of space, and then he charges a light blue ball and after it grows to a giant size he kicks to the spaceship and the spaceship…
Explodes in a big…

KAAAAAAAAAABOOOOOOOOOOOOM!

“So long, Darkthan…” Shadow said as he flies back to the Sonic Mansion, carrying the Master Emerald with him, as soon as he lands he turns back to his normal form and he puts the Master Emerald’s power back to his place. He then enters the mansion and leaves the Master Emerald very near the entrance of the mansion. Shadow then unites with Sonic and the others in the living room.

“Shadow… What did you do!?” Sonic asked.

“I did what was right… I have defeated Darkthan…” Shadow said as he sits down on the couch next to Silver.

“So they are finally defeated?” Silver asked.

“Yes…” Shadow said.

“Ah… Thank you Shadow…” Silver thanked.

“Both of you… Deserve a big rest…” Blaze suggested.

“I agree!” Amy said.

“Well now that, the universe has been saved we must be doing something!” Tails said.
Silver and Shadow fell asleep.

After falling to their seemingly endless rest, the saviors of the universe have defeated the evil Darkthan and the rest of his henchmen…
Only there seems to be a plot hole in the story, who was the girl hedgehog?
Well I was going to tell you something…
The Darkthan army is not defeated…
The girl hedgehog, has escaped…
What will our heroes be up against, when they don’t know it?
