I don't like when I use the Health section but it appears that I have a problem.

yesterday when I went to the bathroom as normal, as I finished, I noticed that the whole toilet was red. I told my grandmother but she said it was normal. But for me bleeding from my butthole is beyond normal. I hoped that maybe it was due to the feces being too hard and that in today I would be ok.

But no. I went to the bathroom and I did it very slowly in hopes it wouldn't bleed but it still did.

It doesn't hurt, just a slight discomfort. What do?

Blood, at least a lot of blood in your stool, isn't completely normal but it happens.  You could have had a traumatic bowel movement yesterday, done a little bit of damage and you still have some issues with healing today.

I recommend you drink water and hydrate, eat some fiber, like oatmeal or whole wheat bread and things of that nature to help handle the make up of your poop and see what happens.  Give it through tomorrow to see your reaction to your next poop.  If you're still bleeding, you should absolutely see a doctor and get some help.  A little blood is not a red flag, especially if it rarely happens.  A lot of blood consistent over several days makes me wonder what's going on.

You're probably fine.  Keep watching the next two days.

Is there any pain at all?  It could be that you have a hemorrhoid.  Those are NOT fun.  Chances are, also, that once you get one, it will come back in the future, or that you'll experience tears in your rear end from time to time.  It's not a HUGE deal, but it does need to be taken care of and kept as clean as possible.  H-cream or any wipes with witch hazel will work wonders of comfort.

Also, drink water. Drink a whole lot of water.

I was just checking out the forums and came in here to find this very peculiar thread. I had the same issue two weeks ago which was also a first for me. I'm no medical professional but some light research told me that constipation and over exertion are two contributing to this, so I assumed for the time that was what the problem was (at least in my case I had those two in it). So the next day I decided to load up on fiber and drink a ton of water. Some exercise mixed in and just to be on the safe side I drank some liquid laxative as well. Nothing showed up after the matter.

Fast forward two weeks later and still nothing unusual has happened so I guess lack of fiber was the culprit, or possibly just a rarity. However if you're suffering from it two days in a row it probably isn't just a rare occurrence. If I were in your place I would have visited a doctor after it happened a 2nd day in a row, but give the fiber and water advice a try and see how it goes again. Also if your grandmother says that it's normal perhaps it is something that runs in the family, ask and see if your family has a history on any sort of rectal bleeding.

I do not have constipation, and my grandma said she said that because she thought it was a little blood (which it wasn't).

I have an appointment with the doctor today, let's see what happens.

Not only today I did not bleed, but also it's not haemorrhoid's. It's simply due to the feces being too dry and causing lacerations on the rectum.

Doc's advice was the same as what you already said: drinking more water and eating more fiber. But another thing was thrown in: I can't sit down for as long as I do.

Now I wonder if it was worth it doing that exam just to know what I already did...

Local Mods : Fail summon.

I was going to tell you go see a doctor, but it seems that you already have, and that you got the problem under control.
