If you are sure you have enough Viz and it says you can't play the game either you need to install Java / enable Javascript (see https://www.vizzed.com/vizzedboard/thread.php?id=7772 for details), it's a game on a console that is currently down (like the Genesis is / was), or the game is broken.
You can report broken games at https://www.vizzed.com/vizzedboard/thread.php?id=4750
