I'm going to show you a few tips and tricks that you can use to avoid getting scammed by these!

1. Avoid any messages saying your computer is infected

This is one of the most commonly used tactics they use, they get you to
call a number for immediate support and when they do, they ask you
for hundreds of dollars. I'm sure! Just avoid it.

2. Check on sites like virus total to make sure that antivrius you just downloaded isn't a rouge itself.

Another tactic they use is that they make a program, then the fake antivirus
detect this and will remove it for a "small fee". You can avoid this if the name
sounds suspicious or use virus total to scan the site for malware!

3. Check on sites like Malwarebytes for the newest rouges.

Seriously, do it! It can decrease your chances of falling for these scams,
because you'll already know about it.

Vizzed.com is very expensive to keep alive! The Ads pay for the servers.

Vizzed has 3 TB worth of games and 1 TB worth of music.  This site is free to use but the ads barely pay for the monthly server fees.  If too many more people use ad block, the site cannot survive.

We prioritize the community over the site profits.  This is why we avoid using annoying (but high paying) ads like most other sites which include popups, obnoxious sounds and animations, malware, and other forms of intrusiveness.  We'll do our part to never resort to these types of ads, please do your part by helping support this site by adding Vizzed.com to your ad blocking whitelist.
