You can play Pokémon Shuffle. It's like Pokémon Trozei except you can take your time with Pokémon Shuffle.

Super Monkey Ball for Gamecube or PS2 can be played with one hand since it only requires the analog stick. Unfortunately, I'm not sure if it can be remapped so that it uses the right analog stick though. If you play it in an emulator then it isn't really a problem though. Likewise, Super Monkey Ball Jr. on Gameboy Advance is played with just the D-pad and Super Monkey Ball 2 Sakura Edition on Windows Phone is played by tilting the phone.

I recommend the mnigames for New Super Mario Bros. DS as since almost all of them can be played with one finger. One hand isn't really a stretch at all.

I put this thread off to the side for way to long but I'm still going to add the recommended games to my list and payout the Viz even if I haven't had this problem with my hand in a long time because I think this will be a great thread that users with a similar problem can reference to. I'm also no longer going to pay out Viz for this as of now.

TheFadedWarrior : Tetris is a great choice.

danielbelitch : I'll place Pokemon under "most RPGs". Runner, Beat and Flux and Bit.Trip added to the list.

lisalo : What game is OP? What system is War of Omens for?

Spidey243 : Wii Sports is a great suggestion. A lot of Wii games that use just the WiiMote for motion control would work actually.

rickyroo01 : I'll add Beyonetta to the list.

Sadorc : I'll add Phoenix Wright to the list.

wormelytyrese : I don't think Galaga or Paperboy would work since you need a 2nd hand to shoot/throw papers. Pac-man is a great suggestion though.

lisalo : I'll add Fate/Stay to the list.

Zelfore : Just Dance added to the list.

SuperMariofan908 : Temple Run added.

Seishiro Leonhart : I'll add Five Nights at Freddy's.

MysteriousPanzer : I'll add Fishing Master: World Tour.

pkmntrainersonic : Happy Wheels added.

Proxelmo : I thought Wii Party requires both hands.

almaca38 : Bomb Swepper added.

Titor : I'll add some of those to the list.

bigger0gamer : I'll add The Impossible Game to the list.

9-Volt : Some of those are already on my list but a few of those aren't.

riem37 : Ace Attorney added.

ashymed : Pong is a good one.

SaberToothWolf : Added.

jmascis14 : Yeap, I got Breakout and Arkanoid on the list under "Breakout Clones". Some of the Breakout Clones do actually require 2 hands though since some of them have various powers that you need to use with a 2nd hand.

Juliet : Blendoku added.

iN008 : Yeap I'm just grouping all Pokemon games together under RPGs since most RPGs, especially turn-based ones, can be played with 1 hand.

aj424 : Zack & Wiki: Quest for Barbaros' Treasure added.

GoombaGuy : Dig Dug does require 2 hands because you need a 2nd hand to shoot.

cheezerton : You're the perfect guy to recommend games then since this is something you deal with your entire life. I'll send you enough Viz for the Playstation item, you deserve it

GenesisJunkie : Grim Fandango added.

Doomstruck : Some of those games added.

Itachi_4_ever : Beat the Beat Rhythm Paradise added.

5benfive5 : Hotel Dusk added.

RetroGameNinja : Scribblenauts Remix and Rhythm Heaven sound good.

dragonlord2469 : Plants vs Zombies added.

Sonic Prower : I already have Pokemon Trozei on the list but I'll add Pokémon Shuffle.

aakeem034 : Cooking Mama and Nintendogs added.

CthulWho : I never thought of Super Monkey Ball, that's a great choice, those games are awesome.

DestinyHeroDC : What genre are those games and what system are they for?

you should also add bomberman land touch one and two. along with dragon ball origins. also just so you have a little less trouble finding it, Beat the Beat Rhythm Paradise is just the European name for the game "Rhythm Heaven Fever" in america. Itachi_4_ever: likely meant this. that game and it's predecessor for DS are really good ones as well.

rickyroo01 : Bomberman requires a 2nd hand to lay bombs and use special abilities unless Bomberman Land Touch has a different concept.

Davideo7 : bomberman land touch 1 & 2 is a completely different concept (unless you play the multiplayer battle mode). It's actually a minigame collection along the lines of rayman raving rabidds. it's completely stylus controlled.

Davideo7 : you might want to clarify one-handed bayonetta (has touchscreen option) is only available in the Wii U version not xbox or ps, same applys to Bayonetta 2. Personally would recommended playing on anything higher than normal with touchscreen tbh.

I am surprised no one suggested any Warioware games.

You can play about 90% of them with 1 hand.

Davideo7 :

Sorry I just seen this post. Im sort f an expert in the field of one handed gaming.

I made the investment of buying a Logitech G-602 series mouse that has 11 buttons on it that can be configured however you like.
There are several options for multi-button mice but I chose this one since it is wireless, very durable, and can be found often on sale for only $50. (I bought mine for $79 at a box store so that I could have the warranty to easily replace it if I rage quit and throw the mouse lol.)

I will one day get one of the 3,000 button mice (Lol JK, it's like 20 or so buttons.) But they are super pricey and even more so if wireless. (Like $150+)
