99.9% loading? Help me plz

So... I wanted to play one my favorite games of Nintendo 64 LoZ Ocarina of time.
then when it is almost done loading and I'm almost crying of excitement it just freezes at 99.9% I reload it and the same thing happens every time.I have no idea what to do.

BTW... no this doesn't happen with other games (exept megaman 64)

Try using a diffent one like n64 instead of the 1994 when you pick i had that happen when i pick the 1994 hope this help
