My first was pokemon blue. i remember beating brock with 2 pidgeys and a charmander. all i did was keep on using sand attack until one of them died, then switched to charmander, who used ember till i killed his geodude. then used the other pidgey the same way as the first, then killed onix with ember. i had to catch a second pidgey specifically for that battle, and let it go as soon as i was done

My frist game was pokemon blue, which I still have and play today. My favorite memory was when the pokemon tgc tournament came to my mall. Me and my friend were in 5th grade at the time and it was a great childhood moment. I remember them giving out Mew if you brought in your gameboy game haha

I ended up getting Pokemon Red, Pokemon Blue, and my Game Boy Color on the same birthday that year. I'm still not sure why my parents bought me Pokemon Red AND Blue, I told them they were essentially the same game (atleast I thought they were, I didn't know about the game-specific Pokemon). I'm still not 100% sure which one I played first, but I believe it was Red because it had Charizard on the cover (but I could be wrong! LoL)... and I believe I chose Bulbasaur as my first Pokemon on Red and Squirtle as my first on Blue

On a side note: Silver & Gold are my favorites of all time by far.

My first pokemon was a torchic, which ended up as a level 100 blaziken that whooped my cousin's sceptile.
