Don't know anything about You Hosting or other free services, but I do know about running a web server from my closet, which, while not exactly free, is the next best thing. (Actually it's way better because no ads and it stays around for as long as you keep the computer running!)

I don't really know what you want us to discuss though, maybe you should talk more about it?
