So, I have a picture I want edited. There are a few things I want done to it. 

Here is the picture. 

What I want done? Quite a few things. 

1. The part of that picture that says " FBCOVERSHEET " ? I want that cut off vertically, but not by too much. 
2. Then, it needs to be resized to be able to work for a layout. Use the the post layout that I am currently using for reference on the size it should be. 
3. There are 2 yellow streaks. One is off of the nose, and the other is more faint, but you can see it down and to the left of the Ravens head. I want those gone without affecting the picture at all. 
4. If you want to earn another 2500 viz, then it's possible, considering you are really good at picture editing. I want all the " cracks in the road " to flash like lightning. All of them. I want it to basically run like a gif, I suppose. I do not want the entire picture flashing at once. No, I want different sections flashing at different times. If you can do that, you'll earn a bonus 2500 Viz. 
5. If you want to earn another 5000 Viz after that, make it into a layout using basically the same layout I have now, just replacing the picture in the background, and a transparent, scrollable text box on top of the Ravens head. Other than that, when it comes to the layout, you can your " Layout by ____ " in a signature if you want, or you don't have to. However, I have a small request in addition to everything I have said for the layout. I want an " intro " into the post saying " Quoth The Raven... " , and then at the bottom of the page, saying " Nevermore ", with it being just a tiny bit bigger text. 

This is a first come, first serve kind of offer, and I am thinking of having a November 7th deadline, but I might move it around. 


If you are good enough to do this, then the Viz is yours. 

This was just a test to show you how your image would look resized. If you want to continue with this line of thought, you should keep this in mind as a bench mark. Keep in mind I resized it with HTML, if you take the image code, but not the size modifier, it will be the same size as how you posted it.
