it seems part of the title was left off here. after taking a peek in the RGR Plugin's data folder and seeing the actual ROM's file name the correct title is Dragon Ball Z - The Legacy of Goku II International (Japan)

also, there doesn't seem to be any language settings in the game so i'm not sure why its called an international version at all. doesn't make sense that they'd release it as international and only have it in japanese rather than multiple languages.
