My favorite Gamecube game would have to be Super Mario Sunshine. It has to be my favorite Mario game ever. I also have several other Gamecube games I enjoyed more than others like Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker, Mario Kart Double Dash, Romancing Saga, Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles, Pokémon Coliseum, Luigi's Mansion, Pikmin, Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, and Lord of The Rings: Third Age. Still couldn't tell you to this day why those are my favorites but Sunshine would have to be my most favorite. Great graphics, Mario, Baby Bowser as a main enemy instead of Bowser, that cool water pack thing as a weapon, and the music are just several reasons why this game was better than many others that came out around the same time. That and I enjoyed the challenge of collecting every star when half of them were either hidden or extremely difficult to get to.

Super Smash Bros Melee Animal Crossing and Wind Waker. Still have my old wind waker and super smash bros Disks. GC had so many great games though very hard question to answer.
