So basically when I launch up games and I want to see the control scheme for keyboard I can double click in game and the key bindings should come up. The only problem I have is that it only seems to up for certain games and I can't rebind them or even see what the controls are. For instance Mother 3 will have a pop up menu but legend of Zelda Ocarina of time won't. Whats the difference and how can I alter the bindings on any game? Thanks!

edit:tab and escape don't help either.

You said Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, which is for N64. When it comes to N64, control customizing is only available if you use the 1964 emulator. But it is significantly lower in playing quality for most users. Because you can't get any menu, that means you are using the Mednafen emulator. That has no control customizing feature, so no menu when you double click.

Using mupen64 requires you to manually change the controls and there is no menu.

If you look at the sticky topics, there are instructions in the thread I made.

rcarter2 : I suppose its rather new considering we have been saying it can't be done for more than 2 years.

Maybe if I reply to enough of these threads, people will remember its an option.
