It all depends for me. Sometimes I do it right when I get home. Most of the time I do it right before I go to bed. Probably not smart, but it's better than not doing it.
If it's the weekend, I usually do it after lunch, when I'm fully awake (Or at least, mostly).

My homework usually gets finished sometime in the evening after dinner. I always try to start right after I get home from school, but that never quite works out. The struggle is real. I never let homework remain undone after 1:00am, it is very rarely completed after midnight. My school is generally rough with homework and I often see my friends struggling to get it done during the school day, the day it is due.

Well when I was in school I was the world worst procrastinator. I would always wait till first thing in the morning when I got to school to do my homework ( usually before the start of school or during my first class which most the time was always a filler class that did not really matter ( at least to me ). If it was homework that I had to actually put some work into ( like looking a bunch of stuff up or making something for a project then I would wait till late that night and do it just before I would go to bed ). I hated to do homework but never had problems getting any of it done except for different math classes I had to take (  because I really sucked at math ).

On my most difficult year, junior year, there was a time period where I would start my homework at 7pm (not long after I got home from cross country and showered). I'd work from 7pm - 3am, and I did that for a large part of that season.

On the other hand, senior year I managed to get everything done between 8am and 3pm. I wasn't taking nearly as difficult courses as the year before, but I still had to become intensely productive at times. I still (somehow) found the time to sleep for an hour, hang out with friends, and play WoW in class. =P

Before I got "addicted" to forum posting and computer games I usually took 20 min to complete my homework given for the day.

But since now I have, you know, got "addicted" computer stuff I take around 2 hours to finish my homework up. I get distracted because I do my homework while surfing the Net. Haha

Although once in a blue moon I take out my timer and limit myself to only 30 minutes to finish all the homework.
