So, the digital version of Minecraft came out yesterday and I wanted to know how this cross buy thing works.

Apparently, if you have the PS3 version of Minecraft, you will get the Vita version for free, but how? Are you given a code for it? Is the game already loaded into your account?

zanderlex : If it works like other games three things could happen.

1) It could be added to your downloads automatically.

2) It could show up as free or have the bought icon on the Vita Store

3) You may have to start the download of the PS3 version again to activate your Vita Copy.

My Vita messed up so I can't confirm which of these is the case but one of these should solve your problems. You are welcome.

EDIT: I have confirmed that it shows up as free on the PC when accessing the store.  As for the Blu-Ray version I don't know.

zanderlex : they said you should be able to get VITA version free if you have the blu-ray but to make sure I messaged them on Twitter. I will tell you what they say when they reply back. (4J Studios if that wasn't clear)
