I can't play any games on the website using the plugin. As you know it says that the plugin is not found. The thing is that I meet all of the requirements, got the newest version and done all of the troubleshooting stuff(including uninstalling and reinstalling) yet it still says I don't have a plugin. I know it's not my PC because I already had it before, but after I had no internet, I didn't play any games until about 2 months and that's when it didn't work. If anyone has any suggestions on how to fix this problem, please post down below. Thank you!

When you go to the game window at the top of the window does it ask you to run the plugin?
If it does press always allow and then restart the game.

If it doesn't do it can you tell what browser you use?

No, it doesn't unfortunately. The browser i'm using is Internet Explorer. I also have Windows 8.1(the latest version). There is a possibility that it is not compatible with that version ,but I doubt it.

Internet Explorer has more issues than the other browsers... Have you tried using the Google Chrome or Firefox browser? If you still have problems you may need to change your plug-in options. I had this issue with Chrome, but it works perfectly now. (I also use Windows 8.1)

You have to run IE from the desktop not the metro screen.
Also you need to set IE to run vizzed in compatibility mode. 

To do that, click the gear icon on the top right and cock compatibility view settings. 
In the box, type in vizzed.com and click add. 

Close then reopen IE and try to play a game again. 

Let me know if you still have issues.
