1. Why buy one when you can just make a new one like that, contact the person, then delete it? If you need to do it without deleting your current one, just format you system, then the account is still good for later.

2. This is not neccessarilly wrong, but most people would prefer to pay first, then give the item (wether on the buy or sell side). I know I'd prefer to be paided first myself, but that's all on you and whomever sells you an account.

Um, the only way they are going to know, is if they know the password to your NNID, and you don't (or they catch you in the middle of doing it). I'm not trying to be intrusive, but who exactly are you trying to contact anyway?
