Hey computer knowledgable people!

I was just after a free program to edit images like, saved jpg.
or if you know how to decrease the Kb size of a jpg. file. below like 100kb if it not a very big image size? say around 200px by 200px?


But I would appreciate a recommended free program (or software) of the MS paint shop varieties, I have looked for some but I have not found a good one.

Paint.net and GIMP 2.0 are pretty much the best free ones, but GIMP 2.0 is very, very, VERY unuser friendly and annoying to use. Paint.net is much easier, simpler and more useful, best image editing tool in my opinion.
