I'm just wondering since I recently started getting into hidden gems on old Nintendo systems.

I already know a lot for the SNES, NES, and Gameboy systems, but now I'm curious with the N64.

Any contribution to this list will be a great help!

I rather liked Quest 64, OgreBattle 64, Paper Mario, Mega Man 64, Star Wars Shadow of the Empire, Mystical Ninja Goeman, 007: Golden Eye, and Clay Fighter.

Shadow of the empire was cool side-story to old trilogy.

Not Quite sure if this is considered a necro at 2 days old, but in my opinion the poster above me is correct at least insofar as Quest 64 being an amazing game. Honestly, the N64, was mostly great for its platformers, and most of the other genres fell by the wayside. Of the ones I have personally played Quest 64 is a must, as is the Ogre Tactics game, and I also enjoyed Pokémon Puzzle Party, and this is where most people disagree with me, but I am a huge fan of Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire

Well, for one, what do you consider obscure?
Some that I can think of are Bomberman 64 (There's three of 'em, take your pic), Mystical Ninja (Two of 'em. Both are at least good, if a bit unhelpful), and then Snowboard Kids(Two, take your pic yadda yadda). First one is a Puzzle Platformer Action Hybrid, second is pure platformer, and third is a couple of cool racing games.
I would go on and suggest more stuff like Pokemon Snap and Paper Mario, but I'm not even sure those are obscure at this point.
