I have sent a PM to David regarding this, but it says it might take weeks for him to read it, and that would be mighty unfair.

I paid David the agreed amount first thing I'm the morning. It has been half a day and no account, while others have received theirs.

What I want is a way to contact David asap, given that he is flooded with everything but water here.

If you want to check to see if you sent the Viz to the right person, you can do the following.

Step 1 - Go to your Private Messages Inbox.
Step 2 - Look slightly above the list of PMs, and to the right. You will see "Go to:"
Step 3 - Click the drop down and choose "Sent"
Step 4 - From here, you can see every PM you have ever sent. Just make sure NOT to open the PMs from your sent folder, because it will cause the PMs to be marked as read, even if the person you sent it to hasn't seen your PM yet. And with how busy David is, if you mark it as read this way, he'll probably never see it.

I think you are fine though and sent it to the right person.

It's important to note that Viz transfers also count as PMs.
