Mewtwo, hands down is the best. He is the classic, ultimate,(And he's a clone) legendary pokemon. He could even talk! He was just awesome, beating Mew with this:

i pick zapdos, because the first holographic card i ever got was a zapdos 1st edition.. i sold it right then and there to the guy at the stand in the mall for $50 and bought a bunch more packs of cards.. when it was all said and done, i walked away with a charizard, blastoise, moltres, and a couple other really good ones, but those are the only ones i remember

Arcanine isn't a Legendary pokemon....


I would go with Lugia. Mainly cos i loved the film and it's my fav Johto Legendary.
