In any Nintendo 64 the mupin64plus version of any of the games will not let me change the controls. Please help I want to play but I can not play with normal controls.

The mupen emulator doesn't allow configure of controls. Because of that it requires a controller and a program such as xpadder to play it. Instead you can use the 1964 emulator which you can configure controls.
