(NOTE: This is subjective and may not work for everyone.) The first thing you will want to do on this map is to choose someone to carry the supply tent. Before you get any clever ideas, no you can not have Jeff carry tent. I would have Dath pick up the tent, since at the moment he is EXP thief. Another thing that I would advise doing on the first turn, is to have Cedar take Jeff's flashlight as she can light up more area with it. Make sure to keep heading up the map, because if you stay in at the bottom of the map for too long, you will get ambushed. From there the rest of the map should be fairly easy, just be sure to keep your supply tent safe at all times.
