So, I heard about this yesterday, but did not really think much of it until I was just about to check my email on yahoo. I'm no Pacers fan, but I hate to see this to happen to any athlete.  Especially one like Paul George who is at the peak of his career.  He may never be the same.  It was just a bad accident, landing in the wrong spot at the wrong time.  Best of luck to George in his recovery.

Wow dude, I literally threw up in my mouth watching that XD The nastiest one I've ever seen is the injury that ended Patrick Ewing's career. I don't ever watch basketball, but I'll never forget that. I remember that Ewing was screaming his heart out right after he landed. I think he ended up tearing his ACL or something.

But anyway, like I said I don't really watch basketball, but even I know who Paul George is. Good luck to the Pacers next season, because it looks like their star will be out most of the next season after that one.

Myself and a couple people I work with gathered around an iphone and watched the injury in regular time and we were like, wait, what? and then they showed it in slow motion and we were like OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OMG OMG!

That injury to ware in the march madness tournament last year though, was worse. His leg just curled up, like it was broken in many places. Man that injury was just so cringe worthy.

All the best for a full recovery and a return to elite form to both of those players. It will be interesting to see how the pacers do this season with him out for the foreseeable future.

Im not sure, but I know the guys name was ware. He jumped to block a shot and came down on his leg horribly. I know his team ended up winning the tournament to.

I am a huge Pacers fan and really thought we had a chance to go the Finals this year until this happened. I saw the whole thing and I am surprised the injury wasn't even worse. Thankfully he should be better by next season of course Lebron will be ready in Cleveland next year so there goes any title hopes.
