After downloading, all I get is a thing on the bottom, and when the download is done, after exiting it out, I can't seem to find how to open it. If you are willing to either a) give me a DETAILED tutorial, or b) find a detailed tutorial for this, I'd greatly appreciate it!

Well first of all I answered what I thought was your problem. Second of all stop being rude to the one person that has helped you.
Third you could use you tube or Google for yourself. Last but not least the way I opened it was going to the folder where it is stored and running the exe. But if it is in a zip you will have to unpack it first.
