I have been hiding this for a long time now with the real reasons why I hated Pikachu.

Now, I know lots of vizzed users are Pikachu fans or even some diehard lovers. Now, I never meant to offend any of you people with the fact that I just simply didn't like him.

Before anyone could start, I just have to get this out of my head.
This isn't a game review.
This is a rant, however.

Ok, here we go.

-----------------------------
Reason 1: Pokémon Channel
-----------------------------
Now, back in 2006, Pokémon Channel is one of the many GameCube games I got near Christmas time (around September to November) and the fact that I wasn't anywhere near familiar with very complex controllers or even familiar with video games in general at the time, this was fortunately the most simple controls for a GameCube game ever! The only buttons you ever use in the main game is the controller stick, and the A button. That's right, the game is a point-and-click that made its way as a Nintendo game. The game starts simply nice where you get your TV. Pikachu then decides to #THUNDERBOLT the television exploding the thing.

Then, this is where it gets really bad. You'll get greeted with Pikachu himself going into First-Person-Perspective to the player (the screen) and then proceeds to-

"Pi ka chu..."

Play the game if you can get a copy to get a better understanding of this part. #CryAtThePlayer

Now, this is only the beginning of where this gets very climatic in real annoyance and anger.

During your times with playing with Pikachu, sometimes he will ask you something, mostly good and other times bad stuff, like trying to eat a flower thinking it could be edible. If you were to let him try to eat it, he gets disgusted after attempting in the same way that this next option will be; If you choose the (X) then he will go
#Pi ka chu...

Guess how many cases where he will do this.

Here's the amount of times he does this. Almost every single moment that I can think of:

- Thunderbolting the TV
- Choosing the (X) for any of Pikachu's questions
- Failing to answer one of the many Pokemons questions
- Turning off the TV
- Failing to guess the answer for "Odd One Out"
- Failing to guess the pokemon that the Wobbuffet game quiz show will ask you to answer for a chance to earn Poké Dollars
- When a contestant on the Wobbuffet quiz show fails to answer a question.
- When the pichus run behind a building to appear a second later in the opening to the first episode of the Pichu Bros anime (My favorite show too!)
- When in the Pichu Bros anime, a pokemon gets upset and the screen turns to lines of blue showing the pokemon being horribly upset
- When Pikachu occasionally attempts to jump into the television and not at you, he will get upset AT the television because he can't get in.
- If you don't answer the door when Delibird comes to give you your stuff that you bought on Shop n' Squirtle
- If you choose to skip an item that Pikachu wants or you wait until it skips itself.
- If you try to buy an item off of Shop n' Squirtle that you can't afford
- When Smoochum on the Smoochum Ranking channel says that the action that you have done should be done more often AKA watching a single channel about 2 times or so. Yeah, the game keeps STATISTICS! I'm a big sucker for game stats.
- If you don't find a four-leaf-clover when searching for one.
- Lastly, when collecting the last of the Pichu Bros anime, you fail to answer the question. Pikachu will get angry and sad, along with having a very disgusted face.

That's 16 unique instances where he gets upset and faces towards the player JUST TO DO THAT!

Plus, not relating to Pikachu, to save your game data, you have to go to Professor Oak's channel and click save. Anyone who had played Pokemon since childhood would always remember to save via the menu or a specific action like this game. You don't know how many people lose progress because they forget that they have to save using an obnoxious channel as the only way to record data.

-------------------------------
Reason 2: Super Smash Bros
-------------------------------
I have played Smash Bros ever since October 2012 with Brawl, and this was years after 2006 when I was and still am angry at Pikachu. I take much revenge on him with having 3v1 battles where I am on the 3 with my 2 favorite non-Pikachu characters versus the one hated Pikachu. I mostly practiced trying to stall and this was when I was new to Smash, but I got very skilled in just a few months to a decent level but not good enough to battle about 95% of the Smash players on AllIsBrawl. I had taken many snapshots of me beating Pikachu. I have a snapshot where a Smash Bill (one of the coin mode items) is coming out of Pikachu's butt when knocked down. Not to be disgusting, but it is was funny to me, so I couldn't resist. Then, here's the real part of Smash Bros that made me hate him even further.

NINTENDO WI-FI!

There, got it out. On Wi-Fi, the battles are always littered with Pikachu spammers and other people who spam D-air and use Ike's forward smash constantly. The worst I have ever faced...

A thunder-spamming Pikachu who spams nothing but thunderbolt when I stay away, and thunder if I come close. He is a super aggressive spammer who kept beating me. This is taken place during June 2013. I was super good enough to know DACUS and other techniques like Wavebouncing. I am a taunt party person and I never refuse a party. I always prepare myself in case I get trapped with a spammer.

But this spammer was aforementioned a super aggressive non-stop Pikachu spammer. Matthew2321, this was not you online spamming. You never spam that much, let alone in every match! This Pikachu beats me in 2 matches in a row getting 3 kills when I can't even land a single kill. This was long after I got really used to the bad Wi-Fi input latency. This person at the same time was super clever at spamming at times when I couldn't do anything other than reflect. The only people in the room was me and the Pikachu. No one else came in. I disconnected him during the 2nd match because he wouldn't stop. Every time I would get killed, he would NOT stop spamming the side taunt, and he is super good at dodging.
So guys, if you meet a super clever and really good spammer in Smash 4 since Nintendo Wi-Fi shut down last May, DISCONNECT! No matter if you are going to get banned from Nintendo Network, I swear, just do it! You'll be happy. Plus, the amount of spammers you'll meet now are hundreds of thousands of spammers who spam Mega Man's down smash and up smash constantly, Pikachu with Jolts and Bolts, Ike with forward smash, then there are other characters that are spammable.
#NoMetaKnightForSmash4Please!

I have met hundreds of Pikachu players online who sucked. Then, there was this time back near the end of Wi-Fi who flipped me off constantly as a taunt party member. He saw that if I get hit on accident, I aggressively start attacking the member and ONLY that person. Even if its an accident, I get super aggressive. This was also with dark Falco. I got angry enough to disconnect the group within the last few seconds. It disconnected the entire group via taking the disc out and then reinserting the disc. I said, "Thank god!" being happy now. I go to another group, coming up super quickly which got me confused. Guess who was in that group? The same exact Pikachu who had flipped me off constantly. He was taunting with another member. The other person not mentioned was a pro Marth who wanted some mock battles to practice. He wanted to use me as the mock member because I kept attacking Pikachu, the same member from the other group.
I disconnected. Good!
Next group, THERE HE FREAKING IS AGAIN!
This time, I pulled the router, disconnecting everyone for good. Then, everything went back to normal, finding a normal taunt party group with everyone just taunting with each other. I was now pleased that I didn't have to deal with this again. Permanently! Good thing Nintendo Wi-Fi died to stop the Pikachu spammers and mostly spammers on Basic Brawl in general. At the same time, I was sad that Wi-Fi for Smash Bros dropped. Well, I have a whole collection of taunt party replays with probably the most epic moment of my life for Smash Brothers. In this moment, it was a FFA group with nothing but spammers. Luckily, one person teamed up with me to attack them. 10 seconds left in the match, I was dark Fox, with my fried chasing an attacker who went after me. I saw a star rod drop next to me, dead in front. I grab it and throw it, missing the attacker and my friend. There was also another attacker down below on the Temple stage who was at 140% on the bottom as Ike, walking around minding his own business. The star rod I threw killed him and caused me to win the match. I died laughing for weeks. I deleted the replay, but it was the best highlight ever. The entire group disconnected the next match after 20 seconds in.

Oh, Sakurai. Why did you not allow stalking a single player online for Smash 4? That person would most likely be a newbie, spamming with Mega Man. Of course everyone would attack the spammer, AKA triple teaming, which results in a ban for a week from Miiverse and Nintendo Network.

I have thrown and nearly broken my game controllers during my 2 years of Wi-Fi. Sadly, no more taunt parties. That was the best part. Sakurai needs to make a seperate mode where you can taunt and mess around as you please online. That will make millions of players come back to Smash. It could filter only those who don't really fight much. Plus, this should be what you can play in if you get banned for whatever reason. I, and everyone on Vizzed who does taunt parties will be happy. Oh, the memories. Stupid Pikachu attempting to ruin it had backfired in a good way.

Now for my last reason.

-------------------------------
Reason 3: Pikachu in general
-------------------------------

Pikachu is the main mascot of all the Pokemon series, just because of a stupid last-second decision. Plus, he has spawned a whole ton of popular music videos about him, like Pikachu kawaii desu, or even the Pikachu caramelldansen loop. I don't mind Pikachu much now, but I still hate him a whole lot. It's always fun attacking the wild Pikachu with a water attack. Plus, I always ramble, "Destroy ALL Pikachu!" I swear, a pokemon like the infamous Magikarp could please me as a mascot more than anything besides Pikachu. Like, seriously, a Jiggypuff would make me a sucker for the television show. Too bad episodes are aired at 10 AM and we are long long past the old Kanto region. I don't really ever watch the Pokemon show. Not because of Pikachu, but the scheduling of episodes. Anyways, back to Pikachu. He is the most popular pokemon in the world obviously because that yellow rat who can summon thunder at will is the main obvious mascot of Pokemon and there's so many popular subjects. Eh, not much to say. I still hate the mouse pokemon.

Okay, I'm done. You might think I stopped. *Wayne voice* NOT! I have hated the rat for 8 years and counting.
Ok, now I'm done. If you like Pikachu, sorry if this had offended you, I never really mean to hurt people. I really needed to get this out since 2012, and I just couldn't really properly do it until now. If you want to play Pokémon Channel, you can go ahead, but be warned, you might imitate Pikachu. Nah, kidding, you can go crazy as you please. Want to play Pokemon Yellow? Don't worry, I'm not going to follow your actions on Vizzed. I just needed to get this out of my head so it can stop. Now, I really hate Pikachu, but I am a big fan of Pikachu's pre-evolution, Pichu. They are both almost the same being identical and all, but it's sad that Pichu isn't that popular considering being just about the weakest Pokemon in the whole series but to a bigger extent than Jigglypuff, but not as bad as Magikarp Ratatta.

Okay, now I'm stopping.
I have been hiding this for a long time now with the real reasons why I hated Pikachu.
